The Portland Development Commission (PDC) seeks proposals from qualified events management firms to provide overall support to The Competitiveness Institute’s (TCI) 2007 International Conference during the week of October 8-12, 2007 in Portland. TCI is a not-for-profit alliance of international cluster practitioners. This conference is an opportunity to host a prestigious global economic development conference that generally attracts around 500 participants from all around the world.
