PDC has completed implementation strategies to guide future transportation and park investments in the ICURA. The two strategies are the result of a year of collaboration with the ICURA Transportation and Parks Subcommittees, the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Advisory Committee (ICURAC), and staff from the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) and Portland Parks & Recreation (PPR).
